Developed as pre-season training class for young athletes in all sports, this course by National Academy of Athletics is designed to maximize your running form and improve your speed and power. Our coaches will work on the fundamental running techniques that will allow you to build your stamina, quickness and speed on the court or playing field. This program includes fitness, strength and agility drills, all designed in a fun and competitive atmosphere.
