Lacrosse Programs that are not ordinary, they are extraordinary!

If your child likes lacrosse or has expressed interest in Lacrosse, they will love these non-contact camps and clinics! From beginners to the more experienced player, whether they want to improve their skills or just compete, we have something that will motivate, educate and challenge everyone!

The experienced, positive and passionate coaches will help them become a better, more inspired lacrosse player.

Our Run, Pass & Shoot Lacrosse camp was developed to help beginners through advanced players improve their skill sets with exceptional instruction in all aspects of the game. We start from square one and focus on being fundamentally sound and technically correct. Players are then grouped by age and ability to learn proper warm-ups, footwork drills, catching, dodging, agility, passing, cradling, shooting, defense and game strategies.  Whether they want to improve their skills or just compete, we have something that will motivate, educate and challenge everyone!

To meet the individual needs of each participant, The National Academy of Athletics offers different levels of lacrosse programs and instruction:

To accommodate busy summer schedules and younger athletes, most of our Lacrosse Camps are available in a full-day or half-day options.

Full-Day Camp Hours – 9am – 3pm (4pm at certain locations)

Half-Day Camp Options – 9am – 12pm (some locations may vary)

Warm Up/Stretch & RSBQ Workout  – 9:15am – 9:35am

Skills Clinics – 9:35am – 10:35am

Water Break – 10:35am – 10:45am

Skills Clinics – 10:45am – 11:05am

Confidence Builders – 11:05am – 11:20am

Games & Challenges – 11:20am – 11:50am

Chalk Talk & Review – 11:50am – 12:00pm

Lunch Break & Supervise Free Play – 12:00pm – 12:40pm

Roll Call & Afternoon Preview – 12:40 – 12:50pm

Individual Challenges & Competitions – 12:50 – 1:40pm

Afternoon Break – 1:40 – 1:50pm

Team Competitions & Games – 1:50 – 2:50pm

Daily Check Out – 3:00pm

What you should bring?

Below is a list of items that you child will need during camp:

Sack Lunch for our lunch break (No Peanut products)

Water bottle

Wear comfortable clothes used for active play

Cleats are allowed but not mandatory

Sweatshirt

Equipment is provided

**However Preferred Person sports equipment is welcome.

 

Our Coaches

All of our programs are led by a highly trained team of coaches and teachers who are carefully chosen to ensure each campers safety, skill development, & individual enjoyment. At all National Academy of Athletics programs, we encourage the campers to play with confidence, enthusiasm and a love of the game. We use local teachers and college athletes to support our experienced camp directors.

Our Philosophy

Kids are in need of role models more than critics, so our instructors focus on skill development taught in a fun and postive environment. Campers are divided into groups by age and ability allowing maximum opportunity for development during individual and team stations, games and challenges.
